What we collect

When you submit an inquiry we collect the parent or guardian’s name, email address, and optionally a phone number, along with the student’s grade level, the subject that needs support, the preferred tutoring format, a general location, availability, and any goals you choose to describe. We collect only what is needed to respond and to teach well.

How we use it

Your information is used to reply to your inquiry, discuss fit and scheduling, arrange sessions, and keep records of the tutoring relationship. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Students and minors

Correspondence is conducted with a parent or guardian. We do not ask students to submit personal information directly through this website. Student names, school details, work, photographs, and testimonials are never published without a parent’s written permission.

Student safety and confidentiality

Session notes and academic information are treated as confidential. Tutoring for minors follows the child-safety practices described in our terms, including appropriate adult awareness of session arrangements and, where relevant, background screening of tutors.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept while a family is considering or receiving tutoring and for a reasonable period afterward for administrative purposes. You may ask us to delete your inquiry information at any time.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you and your student by sending a request through our inquiry form. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Questions

Privacy questions can be sent through the inquiry form and will be answered personally by the founder.
